3. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Within Canada Only: We offer delivery services within Canada. Delivery fees and timeframes are specified at the time of order.
Pickup: Orders can be picked up from our Flower Shack located on the Farm at 13492 271 Road Charlie Lake, British Columbia by prior arrangement, if you select local pickup.
Risk of Loss: Once the products are delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
4. Returns and Refunds
Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of flower, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that have already been delivered unless there is a defect or issue that is directly attributable to us.
Quality Assurance: If you receive a product that is damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund, subject to our discretion.
5. Use of Website
Content: All text, images, graphics, and other content on our website are the property of Franklin & Co. Flower Farm Inc. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without prior written consent.
