Plant notes for Canadian farms:
Expect plants around 4 – 5 ft tall with long, sturdy stems that carry those giant strawberry-pink and cream blooms beautifully. The colour reads soft and warm in northern light, making it a favourite for wedding work and premium market bouquets. Because the bloom heads are large and heavy, spacing and staking are important for top quality cuts. Strawberry Ice thrives in full sun and rewards growers with a steady flush of giant blooms all season long.
