I planted her this season in full sun and she’s been a standout for my market bouquets and a u-pick favourite. With long, elegant stems she just fits into the flower farm palette beautifully.

Expect plants around ~4–5 ft tall with long, strong stems that make Miss Sarah a standout cutting variety. Her colour reads as blush-pink with subtle creamy highlights, often richer early in the season and softening into elegant pastel tones as the season progresses, which makes her ideal for everything from wedding bouquets to market bunches. She produces abundantly throughout the summer and into fall, and her formal decorative form holds well in arrangements — giving designers reliable shape without fuss. Space plants generously in full sun to support airflow and stem length; light staking may help in open or breezy sites.
