Plant notes for Canadian farms:
Expect plants around 3½–4 ft tall with long, straight stems and excellent productivity. Sandra is widely grown as a cut-flower staple thanks to its uniform bloom size, strong stems, and reliable colour. The hot pink tone reads vibrant and saturated in northern light and stands out beautifully in market bunches and summer bouquets. Because the blooms are true balls, they hold their shape extremely well in the field and post-harvest, making them easy to bunch and transport. Staking is rarely required unless grown in very exposed sites.
