Bouquet Subscription Terms

Effective date: September 29, 2026

These terms apply to all bouquet subscriptions, including tulip and seasonal subscriptions, in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

1. What's included

Each subscription includes four fresh, full-sized market bouquets, one per week for four consecutive weeks. Bouquets reflect what is in season and blooming on the farm that week, so flowers, colours and foliage vary and no two bouquets are the same.

2. Payment

Subscriptions are paid in full at the time of purchase. Spots are limited and are reserved once payment is received.

3. Start date

Start dates depend on when the flowers are ready, and weather in our zone 3 garden can shift them. We will email all subscribers the start date as soon as we know it, and delivery days are confirmed by email ahead of time.

4. Delivery

Subscriptions are delivered within Fort St. John city limits, to your door or your recipient's. Subscriptions are delivery only. If you are local and need to pick up at the Flower Shack instead, contact us and we will try to make it work. Once a bouquet is delivered to the address you provided, it is your responsibility.

5. If you're away

If you're away, please arrange to have someone else available to pick up your bouquet from your delivery location on your behalf.

6. Gift subscriptions

Subscriptions make lovely gifts. Give us the recipient's name and delivery address at checkout, and we will deliver to them each week.

7. Substitutions and pro-rated refunds

If crop failure, weather or other circumstances beyond our control affect what is blooming on the farm, we may substitute wholesale flowers, sourced as close to home as possible, to complete your bouquets. Where a substitution is not possible, we will issue a pro-rated refund for each bouquet that is not delivered. The choice between substitution and a pro-rated refund is at our discretion.

8. Cancellation by the subscriber

All subscription sales are final. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased, except as set out in section 7.
