She offers clean, formal blooms atop long stems, and because she’s built for volume, she works just as well in bulk beds as she does in premium wedding bunches.

Bloom size: ~3–4″ across — an efficient size for market stems.
Site: Full sun.
Days to maturity: ~80–100 days
Plant spacing: 12–18 in for optimal stems and airflow.
Pinch: When plants reach ~12 in tall, pinch the main shoot to encourage branching and increase stem counts.

Plant notes for Canadian farms:
Expect plants around ~4–5 ft tall with long, strong stems that hold those pure white heads high and clean, ideal for harvestable production. Colour reads crisp white with maybe a whisper of ivory; the bloom size is modest yet yields are high. Because they are manageable but prolific, Blizzard is a smart white variety for cutting flower farms that want both reliability and market appeal. Provide full sun, good spacing, and consider light staking where the site is breezy.
