Soft blush-pink blooms with a delicate, pearlescent glow. Pink Pearl is a classic ball dahlia that brings timeless elegance to cutting gardens and bouquets. Her perfectly rounded heads of pale pink petals are both refined and generous, making this variety a favourite for weddings, market bunches, and romantic arrangements that call for a gentle, soft tone. 

Form: Ball — tidy, fully double blooms with a traditional spherical shape.
Bloom size: ~4–5″ across
Site: Full sun — bright light brings out the soft colour and keeps stems strong. 
Days to maturity: 80-100 days
Plant spacing: 12–18 in for good airflow and healthy stems.
Pinch: When plants reach ~12 in tall to encourage branching and increased stem count (standard cut-flower practice).

Plant notes for Canadian farms:
Expect plants around 3½–4 ft tall with abundant, long stems that are easy to harvest. Pink Pearl reads as a soft, creamy blush that often warms toward pale peach or champagne in bright northern light — a colour that plays beautifully with cream, white, soft peach, and other blush tones in mixed bouquets. Her classical ball form makes her easy to bunch and sell, and the relatively large blooms give great presence without dominating a bouquet. Full sun and proper spacing will support tidy foliage and consistent production throughout the season.
